Is there a warranty on Slim-Go Hoop? 
Yes, Slim-Go U.S.A. offers the "Genuine" Slim-Go Hoop, and not an imitation. We are confident that our product will meet the rigorous demands that our fitness professionals have come to expect. Our limited warranty warrants the Slim-Go Hoop from defect for 30 days from the date of purchase for orders placed online with Slim-Go U.S.A.

Do I have to assemble the Slim-Go Hoop?

No assembly is required. The Slim-Go Hoop is ready to use out of the box.
 
How can I order the Slim-Go Hoop?
The quickest and easiest method for ordering the Slim-Go Hoop is online. When you order online you will be ordering securely through PayPal. Slim-Go U.S.A. is a verified member of PayPal.

How do I order online

Click the “Add To Cart” button associated with your purchase and color choice. You'll then proceed to your Shopping Cart, where you can change quantity or remove item(s) in your cart. There is no obligation to buy any items in your cart. If you choose to Secure Checkout, you will be prompted to sign in through PayPal if you have an existing account. If you do not have an existing PayPal account, you simply provide shipping and billing information to complete your transaction.
 
Is it more convenient to order online
Yes, there are five quick steps to complete the checkout process:
Step 1: Select color choice
Step 2: Review color choice, quantity, and proceed to checkout
Step 3: Sign onto your PayPal account, or simply provide billing/shipping information
Step 4: Confirmation of order
Step 5: Relax, and wait for your Slim-Go Hoop to arrive on your doorstep
 
Are there quantity discounts?
Yes! Many of our customers choose to order by the case at a discount for family, friends, and organizations. However, larger quantity sales to wholesalers, and purchases by Fitness Professional's may be made by contacting our sales department for additional discounted price quotes: Reseller

 
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover for online purchases. We cannot accept COD's or payment after receipt of shipment. We can accept checks by mail or wire transfers that are paid prior the time of shipment.

What is delivery time?

Orders online are usually shipped the next business day from date of payment, and usually arrive from 3-7 days from date of shipping. Personal check orders may take longer.

How will the Slim-Go Hoop be shipped to me?
The Slim-Go Hoop is shipped to you via FedEx, UPS or U.S.P.S. standard ground, and reserves the right to select carrier. For large quantity orders, a common carrier trucking line will be used. Please be aware that common carriers are only obligated to get products to your door and you may be responsible for unloading the product from the truck.


Shipping Information
Slim-Go U.S.A. cannot be responsible for inaccurate shipping information provided by purchaser. In the event delivery cannot be made due to an unaccepted delivery or inaccurate shipping information provided by purchaser, a re-shipping/re-stocking fee will apply. In the event Slim-Go U.S.A. provided the shipping carrier with inaccurate shipping information, delivery will be made at no additional cost to purchaser.


Optional Shipping Insurance
Recipient assumes liability for uninsured packages in transit. Recipient may select optional shipping insurance at a nominal fee. USPS insured mail purchased online provides up to $500 indemnity coverage for lost, rifled, or damaged articles, subject to the standards for the service and payment of the applicable fee.

Indirect Signature Required
FedEx will obtain a signature in one of three ways:
* From someone at the delivery address; or
* From a neighbor, building manager or someone at a neighboring address; or
* The recipient can sign a FedEx door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.

Direct Signature required

*FedEx will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is at the address, FedEx will reattempt delivery. Direct Signature Required overrides any recipient release that may be on file for deliveries to nonresidential addresses.


Special Delivery
Carrier may require additional shipping fees for special delivery request.
  

Unclaimed Packages
Unclaimed or undeliverable packages will be designated by the carrier as abandon. Abandon packages are not refundable.

Return Policy
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may send the product back within 30 days of your order and receive a full refund of product purchased. We will issue you a full refund for the cost of the product less shipping, and a 15% restocking fee. Purchased items must be shipped in original packaging including all materials and accessories. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. ALL returns must receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number in order for the return to be processed. Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package. If an RMA number is not listed on the outside of your return, it will not be accepted by our returns department and will be mailed back to you.
